Frequently Asked Questions

We are an educational institution that offers a wide range of custom-designed blended learning programs, in the field of digital media and digital marketing.

We have a detailed page for each of our programs outlining the curriculum, duration and instructors.

The curriculum has been developed by some of the top digital educators and experts in the world, affiliated with well-known global digital programs and brands.

The programs will be delivered by high level Digital First educators, as well as various global subject matter experts and content creators.

The programs will be conducted online through virtual conferencing software. An orientation session would take place before the course starts to walk you through the tools and process of learning, through our classes.

The successful completion of the program will grant you a professional certification from New Media Academy. Each program’s specific certification is listed on the dedicated program pages.

This depends on the nature of each program. Any prerequisites, if applicable, will be listed on the program detail pages.

If you are below 18 years old, we offer dedicated programs tailor-made to youth. Please check the program detail pages for more information on dates and age restrictions. You can also reach out to us at register@newmediaacademy.ae

Attendance is mandatory for all sessions. If you are not able to attend any sessions, you must inform the instructor ahead of time. You are allowed to miss 10% of the classes provided that you submit to the instructor in writing, an acceptable reason, ahead of time. All sessions will be recorded to allow you to review the material any time after the class.

Given the interactive nature of the programs it is highly recommended that you start the program on time. If you are not able to attend any session on time, you must inform the instructor ahead of time.

You must complete the full program from start to finish, to be able to get certified. If you cannot join from the beginning, it is best that you register for a future cohort.

We do not currently have a financial aid program or a payment plan in place, however feel free to reach out to one of our admissions officers on register@newmediaacademy.ae to share your case for review.

Once you register to a program, you will receive an email with information on how to access the virtual classroom.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received 3 days before the scheduled program opening date are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations received less than 3 days before a program opening day will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will only be processed with an email submitted 3 days before the program opening date. The email must include the registrants name, transaction number, name of paid program and date.
  • All refund requests must be made by the registrant or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used during the initial payment.
  • If a program is cancelled by the organisers for any reason, the registered students will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Any requests to reschedule a registrant into a future program is subject to availability.
